Reading the battery status
The battery-shaped indicator on the display shows
the remaining battery capacity:
Battery status

km (3 - 6 miles) (depending
on the type of battery and
other circumstances). You
should start charging now.

Charge the battery of the
mobility scooter as soon as
possible. The display shows
a warning.
Charging batteries
Warning:
ƒ
Only use the original charger type that is
supplied with your scooter. Other changers can
cause damage to the batteries, the electrical
wiring and can even cause fire.
1. Insert the plug of the battery charger into the
battery charger contact (S).
2. Insert the plug of the mains cord in a wall
socket. The red LED is on when charging, the
green LED is on when battery is full.
Warning:
ƒ
When both LED's are flashing, the polarity is
wrong, there is overvoltage or short circuit.
3. Always fully complete the charging cycle of 8 -
10 hours. This will prevent battery damage.
Replacing batteries
Warning:
Batteries should only be replaced by qualified

personnel.

Freewheel lever
Warning:
Never use this function on a slope or while
ƒ
driving. It will disable the brakes. Always push
the freewheel lever downwards to re-engage
the brakes after using the freewheel function.
1. Pull the freewheel lever upwards to move
the mobility scooter by hand. A beep sounds
every 2 seconds to remind you that the
freewheel function is engaged.
2. Push the freewheel lever down for the electric
drive position. Teach yourself to do each time
you have used it.
User menu
1. Home screen
By default the (home) screen of the control
panel displays the following information:
- the distance covered (A),
- the time (B),
- the battery status (C),
- the speed (D)
- the temperature (E)
- speed setting (F)
- sound setting (G)
2. Press the menu button for 5 seconds.
The second menu (distances) is displayed
and shows the following:
- The time setting (B)
3. Press the menu button again.
The third menu is displayed and shows the
following:
- The temperature setting (E)
4. Press the menu button again.
The fourth menus is displayed and shows
the following:
- Distance setting (A)
