Temperature setting
• Press PLUS or MINUS to set the temperature. Pressing the PLUS or
MINUS buttons increases or decreases the temperature by one degree
at a time. The maximum temperature setting is 45 °C and the minimum
temperature setting is 5 °C. Set the desired temperature. The unit
automatically saves the set temperature, returns to working mode and
displays the ambient temperature.
Time setting
• When you press the TIME button, the display shows [88]. Press the PLUS
or MINUS key to set the time until automatic switch-off. The minimum is
one hour, the maximum time setting is nine hours. Each time you press the
PLUS or MINUS button, the set period is increased or decreased by one
hour. After you have set the time, the system automatically saves it and
returns to working mode. The temperature and the time until switch-off
are then displayed on the screen.
Function ,, Recognition of an open window".
• If the ambient temperature decreases by 3 °C or more within 2 minutes
during heating operation, the open window detection is activated
and heating operation is stopped. Meanwhile, the LED display flashes
accompanied by beeping sounds. This takes about 5 minutes. The heating
can only be restarted manually. The display is then in the default mode
again.
Switching off the appliance
• Press the button to switch off the appliance. The indicator light remains on
even after the appliance is switched off while it is connected to the mains
socket.
