Troubleshooting

Fault description
Fail to start up.
No blow-off of air

Possible reasons
Whether the outlet is electrified
or not?
Whether the power plug is
plugged properly or not?
Whether air inlet or air outlet
is blocked by foreign matters
or not?
The motor does not run.
Whether the machine is
installed at a unventilated
position or there is obstacle
nearby?
The multi-functional compound
screen has not been replaced
for a long time.
Whether a large amount of
smell is generated temporarily?
For instance, when many people
smoke, etc.
Whether the multi-functional
compound screen is not
replaced after being used for
a long time? (In accordance
with different operating
environments, sometimes the
multi-functional compound
screen shall be aired or replaced
within several months and even
several weeks.)
Solution
Check the power supply.
Plug the power supply properly.
Replace position or remove
foreign matters.
Contact the product agent.
Remove the obstacle.
Replace the multi-functional
compound screen.
The smell disappears gradually
after running for a certain time.
Place the multi-functional
compound screen in the place
with sufficient sunlight or good
ventilation for about 6 hours
to evaporate moisture in it, but
be sure not to place it under
burning sun for exposure so to
avoid deformation of the multi-
functional compound screen,
because the deformation will
affect the performance of the
machine.
Replace the multi-functional
compound screen.
