13. Troubleshooting

If the device stops working properly, please refer to the trou-
bleshooting table shown below to see if you can resolve the
problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the device yourself. If a repair is nec-
essary, please contact our Service Centre or a suitable au-
thorised repair workshop.

 Check that the 3.5 mm audio cable is
plugged in properly.
 Check that the rechargeable battery
is charged.
 Check that the headphones are with-
in range of the transmitter.
 Check that the headphones are
switched on.
 Check that the audio device is
switched on.
 Check the volume settings on your
audio device.
 Check the volume on the head-
phones.
 The transmitter is not within range.
Wearing the headphones, move clos-
er to the transmitter.
 The audio signal is too weak. Increase
the volume on the audio device.
