Pressure Tester
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation
and/or operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operat-
ing or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possi-
ble failure.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage to the prod-

 Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage
 Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare
parts provided by the manufacturer
 Alterations to the product without express permission from the manu-
facturer

WARNING!
Nitrogen and Nitrogen/Hydrogen cylinders are under high pressure.
Ensure that the cylinder in use meets all local safety and pressure
requirements. This includes a valid certification for pressure vessels.

NOTE
The pressure regulator is not part of the scope of delivery. An appropri-
ate pressure regulator has to be provided by the customer.
1. Position the cylinder onto the platform of the trolley.
2. Secure the cylinder in place using the safety chain between the U-
shaped bracket.
3. Fit an appropriate pressure regulator to the cylinder. Ensure that a
proper gasket is in place.
4. Rotate the adjusting knob counter clock wise until you feel no more
spring pressure.
5. Connect the 0.9 m yellow hose (fig. 1 2, page 3) to the ¼" SAE out-
let on the pressure regulator.
6. Carefully open the cylinder valve to allow the pressure regulator to
be pressurized.
7. Verify the pressure on the cylinder pressure gauge provide on the
regulator (closest to the cylinder).
8. The outlet pressure on the other regulator gauge should remain at
"0".
