4. Apply a waterbased lubricant onto the Silicone
Seal end, about 2cm wide. Do not use too little,
it is important that the whole seal slides easily.
5. Put the Suit Ring in the suit arm carefully.
6. Push the ring inside the suit approximately 1cm
until is stays there. Make sure the seal stays in
place. This can be tricky but is easy after some
practice.
