1. Start by removing the Silicone groove ring from
the middle groove.
2. Place the o-ring inside the latex wristseal of the
suit and fold the edge inwards.
3. Open the seal and o-ring by pulling with both
hands rmly and mount it in the large groove. Ask
a friend to hold the suit ring rmly while mounting.
4. Make sure the seal is mounted in the center of
the ring. Check the latex seal is long enough to
seal the wrist. Adjust if neccessary.
