D E A R CUSTO ME R,
Right from the start, we have been dedicated to designing
watches for professional users. That is because we know
that the precise measurement and rapid recording of time
are crucial for some professionals, especially in critical
situations. We call these watches mission timers because
we develop them specifically to meet the demands of a
defined mission. They feature a pared-down design that
focuses on what really matters: reliable functioning and
perfect readability.
Our first mission timer was developed in line with precisely
these requirements. Presented in 1997, the EZM 1 was
designed for the German special unit Central Customs
Support Group ZUZ (Zentrale Unterstützungsgruppe Zoll).
With its pure titanium case and 60-minute stop function
from the dial centre, this chronograph defined the shape
of things to come, laying the cornerstone for our mission
timers' success story, which continues to this day. Now,
we are celebrating 25 years of this tradition with an
anniversary model – the EZM 1.1 S – which features all the
virtues of these legendary mission timers twinned with a
number of technical advancements.
