saFetY measUres
Read these instructions carefully before using
food steamer.
Keep these instructions for future refer-
ence.
Polyethylene bags, used as a packaging,
can be dangerous. To prevent trouble, keep
the packaging away from babies and chil-
dren. A bag is not a toy.
Use this unit only for intended purpose, as
described in the instructions.
Do not leave the operating unit unattended.
Use only removable parts supplied with the
unit.
Before plugging the unit in make sure that
the operating voltage of the unit corre-
sponds to voltage of your mains.
Power cord is equipped with "euro plug";
plug it into the socket with reliable ground-
ing contact.
In order to avoid fire or electric shock do not
use adapters for plugging the unit in.
Do not use food steamer outdoors.
Place the unit on a flat, stable surface.
Do not use food steamer near walls or wall
hanging cupboards as outgoing hot steam
can damage them.
Before using food steamer for the first time,
wash all parts that will contact food thor-
oughly.
Before switching the unit on, fill water tank
with water.
Before switching the unit on, ensure that all
removable parts are installed properly.
Be careful while operating the unit: any liq-
uid or condensed fluid can be very hot.
Avoid steam burns especially while remov-
ing the lid.
Use potholders when removing the lid or
steam baskets.
During food steamer operation do not touch
the lid or steam baskets – they are very hot.
To let steam off, raise the lid slowly; hold it
over the steam basket to let the condensed
fluid drip off.
If you want to check whether cooked foods
are ready, use kitchenware with a long han-
dle.
Remember that water inside the water tank
may be hot, while all other food steamer
parts have cooled down.
Do not use food steamer if the tray, steam
baskets and lid are removed.
Do not move the unit, when there are hot
products in it.
It is not allowed to use food steamer bas-
kets in microwave ovens, nor on electric or
gas stoves.
Always disconnect the unit, if it is not being
used, while removing or installing steam
baskets and before cleaning.
Let the unit cool down before cleaning,
removing/installing removable parts.
Do not let the electric cord hang over the
table, or contact hot or sharp surfaces.
Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.

Keep the unit out of reach of children and
disabled persons.
This unit is not intended for usage by chil-
dren or disabled persons unless they are
given all the necessary instructions on safe-
ty measures and information about danger,
which can be caused by improper usage of
the unit.
To avoid electric shock do not immerse the
unit, electric cord or plug into water or other
liquids.
Do not use the unit when the electric cord
or plug is damaged, or when there are other
damages. Do not disassemble or repair the
unit by yourself. Contact the authorized ser-
vice center for all repair issues.
Food steamer is intended for household
usage only.
Before the first operation
Unpack the unit.
Wash the lid (1), rice bowl (2), separators (3,
5), steam baskets (4, 6) and drip tray (7), with
a soft detergent.
Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Wipe water tank inner surface with a damp
cloth.

Place the unit on a flat stable surface.
Set the steam dispensers (8).
Set the mesh filters (14) in the water tank
sockets.
Fill the water tank with cold water till the
"МАХ" mark (10).
You can fill the water tank with water in two
ways: through the water inlet (9) (pic. 1) or
pouring it directly in the water tank, taking
into account the inner and outer (10) water
level (pic. 2).
If you find that there is not enough water
while cooking, you can add water through
the water inlet (9) without removing the
steam baskets (pic. 1).
Use filtered water; it has lower hardness,
and it reduces heating element scaling.
Do not exceed the "MAX" mark (10).
Warning
Do not add any salt, pepper, seasonings,
herbs, wine, sauces or other liquids into the
water tank. It may lead to unit damage.

After you have finished cooking, always
pour out the remaining water, and before
cooking, always fill the water tank with fresh
water.
Set the drip tray (7) on food steamer body
(12) and make sure that it is set properly.
Set one or two steam baskets (4, 6) on the
tray (7), if necessary insert the separators
(3, 5) into the baskets (4, 6).
Close the steam basket with lid (1).
Plug the unit in, you will hear a sound sig-
nal and the LCD-display will light up; food
steamer is ready to operate (pic. 3).
Note: if no actions are performed during
1 minute, you will hear a sound signal and
food steamer will switch off.
To cook products in the automatic cooking
mode, select one of the operating modes,
that will appear on the display (11) with but-
tons (18) (left cooking zone) or (20) (right
cooking zone). The following operating
modes icons will appear on the display (11):
eggs cooking (21), fish (22), vegetables
(23), meat (24), chicken (25), and rice (28)
cooking, warming mode (27). Time symbols
and auto cooking/ warming symbols will be
flashing on the display (11).
For instance, if you are going to use only the
left zone, press the (18) button and select
the required mode (pic. 4).
After selecting one of the auto cooking
modes you can change the preset cooking
time, using the (16, 17) buttons, time sym-
bols should be flashing.
While the time symbols are flashing, press
the (19) button to start cooking/warming
products, the
or
symbol will be
flashing on the LCD-display.
Note: If you pressed the (19) button after the
time indicator stopped flashing cooking will
start in both zones simultaneously.
After the cooking time is finished, you will
hear two sound signals and the food steam-
er will switch to the warming mode, warming
time is 20 minutes (the
symbol will be
flashing on the LCD-display).
After warming is finished you will hear 5
sound signals, in a minute you will hear a
short sound signal and the food steamer
will switch off.
