CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning and after use of the appliance, switch the appliance off, disconnect it from the mains and allow it to
cool down.
Do not immerse the power cord or the charger in water or any other liquid.
Wash the exchangeable accessories in warm, detergent water and rinse with clean water.
Wipe the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Do not use pot scourer, abrasives solutions or solvents for cleaning.
Prior to assembling, let all parts to dry properly.
After cleaning, grease the discs and cross-blade knife with vegetable oil to prevent rust or surface oxidation.
