OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Always disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet before assembling or removing accessories! Before
putting a new appliance into operation, you should wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth and wash all
removable parts in warm water for hygienic reasons.
The maximum continuous operation time of the appliance is 15 minutes. After that allow the appliance to
cool down for several minutes.
GRINDING FUNCTION
Assembly for grinding
1. Insert the auger into the grinder body.
2. Attach the cross-knife blade to the auger axis so the blade tip points
out of the auger. Make sure that the knife on the auger axis is correctly
attached and cannot rotate independently.
3. Select the replaceable disc for the desired fineness of grinding.
a. Fine grinding: fish meat, boiled meat, meat loaf
b. Coarse grinding: fish meat, vegetable, hard cheese, dried fruit
4. If you require finer grinding, first treat the food with the coarse disc
and then repeat the process with the fine disc. This will prevent
clogging and overloading the appliance motor.
5. Make sure that the securing groove on the replaceable disk engages
in the pin on the grinder body.
6. Tighten the grinder nut.
7. Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the
grinder body at a 45° angle to the motor unit and turn the grinder
body counter clockwise until you hear a click. Check if the adapter
is properly fastened and cannot be released and removed without
using the lock button.
8. Check the tightening of the grinder nut.
9. Place the hopper on the grinder mouth.
10. Place a bowl for the processed food under the grinder body.
11. Frozen food must be thawed prior to processing. Remove the bones,
gristles, tendons and skin from the meat. Cut the meat to slices of
approximately 2 x 2x 10 cm.
12. Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance. Insert a small amount
of prepared food into the grinding inlet and push slightly inwards
using a pusher. Do not push too hard, otherwise the appliance may
get clogged.

FILLING SAUSAGE FUNCTION
Assembling the adapter for filling sausages
1. Put the auger with a plastic end forwards into the grinder body. Attach
the extruder disc and the adapter for filling sausage onto the auger axis.
Tighten the grinder nut by hand (when assembling, make sure that the
securing groove on the extruder disc engages in the pin of the grinder
body).
2. Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the grinder
body at a 45° angle to the motor unit and turn the grinder body counter
clockwise until you hear a click. Check if the adapter is properly fastened
and cannot be released and removed without using the lock button.
3. Check the tightening of the grinder nut.
4. Place the hopper on the grinder mouth.
5. Now the appliance is ready for use.
Filling sausages:
6. Tie up a casing at one end. Put the loose end on the adapter.
7. Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance.
8. Put the filling mixture into the inlet and gradually fill the casing. Do not
push too hard, otherwise the appliance may get clogged.
9. There must not be any air bubbles in sausages. The recommended
length of each sausage is 10-15 cm. When the sausage is filled, tie up the
loose end with a string.
10. When you are done with filling, you can push out any residues from the
adapter by inserting and processing a few pieces of bread.
11. After processing, switch off the appliance by pressing the on/off button
and disconnect it from the electrical outlet.
12. To release the adapter from the holder, keep pressing the lock button
and simultaneously rotate the adapter clockwise to release it.
13. Loosen the grinder nut to disassemble the adapter.
Recommendation:
Put the casings in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then put the casing on the
nozzle. If the casing sticks on the nozzle, moisten it.
