Installation and connection of this Stiebel
Eltron convection heater must be carried
out by a qualified tradesman using these
instructions.
The installation instructions belong to the
equipment and must be carefully looked
after by the owner. In the case of a change
of ownership, the instructions are to be
handed to the new owner.
Stiebel Eltron convection heaters are
direct heating appliances that can be wall
mounted and are ideally suited to the
heating of small rooms i. e. workrooms,
kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms etc.
Convection heaters are supplied complete
with connecting cable.
A towel rail is available as an optional extra
for the following models:
CON 15 S, CON 20 S, CON 30 S,
CON 15 ZS, CON 20 ZS, CON 30 ZS.
This appliance is designed for connecting to
230 V alternating current.
When unpacking please, ensure that no
accessories are left behind in the packing
material.
Construction and method
of operation
The outer casing of the convection heater
is made from sheet steel with an enamel
finish. The sides are made of plastic. The
operating controls are on the right hand
side.
The tubular heating element is made of
stainless steel and fitted with heat distri-
bution fins. It heats the room evenly and
without a draught. The built-in thermostat
monitors the heating of the room and
maintains it at a constant temperature. The
temperature selection knob (N1) allows
the stepless setting of the room tempera-
ture from the frost protection setting
to 30 ºC and the heating to be switched
off.

réalisés par un installateur spécialisé qui
tient compte des présentes instructions de
montage.
Les instructions de montage font partie
intégrante des convecteurs et sont à
conserver soigneusement par le
propriétaire du chauffage. En cas de
changement de propriétaire, elles sont à
remettre au successeur.

avec leur câble de branchement et leur
fiche de raccordement avec contact de
protection.

CON 15 S, CON 20 S, CON 30 S,
CON 15 ZS, CON 20 ZS, CON 30 ZS
en accessoire en option.
Le convecteur est destiné à être alimenté
sous un courant alternatif de 230 V.
Veiller lors du déballage qu'aucune pièce
d'accessoire ne reste dans l'emballage.
Structure et mode de
fonctionnement
Le boîtier extérieur du convecteur consiste
en tôle d'acier peinte au vernis-émail. Laté-
ralement il est limité par deux faces latérales
en matière synthétique. Les organes de
commande sont disposés sur la face
laléraled droite.
L'élément de chauffe en acier inoxydable
équipé de lamelles du CON réchauffe
up uniformément et sans courant d'air l'air
ambiant. Le thermostat intégré surveille le
réchauffement de l'air ambiant et garantit
le maintien de la température ambiante. Le
sélecteur de température (N1) permet de
faire évoluer en continu la position de
protection anti-gel
de mettre hors circuit le chauffage.
La possibilité de raccorder un thermostat
externe est donnée.

De montage en de aansluiting van deze
Stiebel Eltron convectoren moeten
worden uitgevoerd door een vakman, in
overeenstemming met de aanwijzingen in
deze hand-leiding.
De montageaanwijzing behoort bij het
toestel en moet door de eigenaar zorg-
vuldig worden bewaard. Bij verandering van
eigenaar moet ze aan de nieuwe eigenaar
worden overhandigd.
Stiebel Eltron convectoren zijn apparaten
voor de directe verwarming, zij worden aan
de muur bevestigd en zijn speciaal geschikt
voor de verwarming van kleine vertrekken,
zoals b. v. de werkkamer, keuken, bad-
kamer, waslokaal enz.
De convector wordt compleet geleverd
met het aansluit-snoer en een contactstop
met aardingscontact.
Een handdoekrek is als bijkomend
accessoire leverbaar voor:
CON 15 S, CON 20 S, CON 30 S,
CON 15 ZS, CON 20 ZS en CON 30 ZS.
Het apparaat is bestemd voor de aan-
sluiting aan 230 V wisselstroom.
Bij het uitpakken nagaan of er geen
toebehoren in het verpakkingsmateriaal is
blijven zitten.

Constructie en werking

Het buitenhuis van de convector is van
staalplaat overtrokken met ingebrande lak.
Zijdelings is het begrensd door twee
kunststof-zijgedeelten. Aan het rechte
zijgedeelte zijn de bedieningselementen
geplaatst.
Het met lamellen uitgeruste wolframstalen
buisverwarmingslichaam van de CON
verwarmt de kamerlucht gelijkmatig en
zonder tocht. De ingebouwde tempera-
tuur-regelaar controleert het opwarmen
van de kamerlucht en het constant houden
van de kamertemperatuur. Met de
temperatuurkiezer (N1) kan de gewenste
kamertemperatuur traploos van de
vorstbeveiligingspositie
worden ingesteld, alsook de verwarming
uitge-schakeld worden.
