Introduction
Your 80 channel Mobile CB represents the state-of-the art in high-tech engineering. Designed for 80
FM/12 AM channels Citizen Band Mobile operation, this compact package is big in performance. It is
a quality piece of electronic equipment, skilfully constructed from the finest components. The circuitry
is a solid-state, mounted on rugged printed circuit boards. It is designed for many years of reliable,
trouble-free performance. Your mobile CB has a built in 80 FM / 12 AM channels Phase-Locked Loop
synthesiser circuit.
The PLL circuit achieves a new technique for generating all required frequencies with fewer crystals.
The result is much tighter frequency control and superior reliability.
Equipped with mounting bracket, microphone holder, microphone with up/down-buttons, fixing screws,
power supply cord, manual

2. [VOLUME OFF-MAX.] On/Off Volume-Control
In ''off'' position your transceiver is off. Turn this control clockwise to switch on the unit. Turn the knob
clockwise a little more to set the audio level, until you get a comfortable reception.
3. [SQ – RF-Gain] Doublefeature
[SQ] Squelch Control
For maximum receiver sensivity the control must be regulated exactly where the receiver back-
ground noise disappears.
[RF-GAIN] (Radio Frequency) Gain Control
This function controls the reception sensitivity. To increase sensitivity simply turn it clockwise. Sensi-
tivity decreases turning it counterclockwise. Low sensitivity is useful when very strong signals are
present in the band.
4. Multifunction backlighted display .
It shows:
a. channel selected number( from 1 up 80)
b. the received signal strength and the power of the transmitting signal
c. AM/FM mode
d. RX/TX: TX =transmit mode; RX =receive mode
e. SCAN mode
f. EMG mode
