Exercise instructions for fitness bands

Thighs / buttocks / hips: Stand next to a wall and support yourself with one hand on it. The
fitness band should be placed around your both ankles. Now almost stretch your right leg
and lift it sidewayys slowly, keeping your body straight. Repeat 5 times, then do the same
with the other side.
Shoulder: Place a fitness band around your wrists. Bend your elbows and keep them close
to your body. Move your forearms out to the side to stretch the band. Rotate your palms at
the same time, so that they face up once the band is stretched. Shortly keep this position
and then return to the starting position. Repeat 8 times.
Back: Stand with your back against the wall. Place the fitness band around your thumbs
and stretch your arms straight up over your head. Pull your arms down and your elbows to
the side, while stretching the band. Hold this position for a few seconds and return to the
starting position. Repeat 8 times.
Arms / Triceps: Hold the fitness band in your hands with your elbows bent. Put your right
elbow over your head with your right forearm parallel to the floor. The left hand should be
in front of the left shoulder. Extend your right arm while keeping it close to the head. As
the right arm straightens, you should feel the band stretch and the muscles of your right
upper arm working. Hold position for 1 seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat
6 times.

Transportation

You can move the device by grasping the handles on both sides of the device. The trans-
portations rolls make it easy to move the device when you lift it on one side, so that it can
be moved easily using the rollers.

The fitness bands have different colors (from yellow to black)
which represent different resistances (yellow = very light to
black = very difficult).
Depending on your individual fitness level and type of exer-
cise, you can decide which resistance is right for you.
