− Press START/STOP/PAUSE to start the process.
− After 10 minutes, press and hold START/STOP/PAUSE for a few seconds to end
the process.
3. Disconnect the plug from the power socket and let the appliance cool down.
4. Clean all parts again, see the section "Cleaning".
The appliance is now ready for use.

Selecting and starting a programme

The basic operation is always the same. Look at the display that appears.
1. Select the required programme by pressing MENÜ multiple times.
A beep sounds each time the button is pressed.
If you press and hold MENÜ, the display will move faster through the
programmes.
2. Apply the individual programme specific settings (e.g. weight and browning level
for bread baking).
3. Press START/STOP/PAUSE to start the process.

Pausing/ending current programme

When a programme is running, only the START/STOP/PAUSE button can function.
