4.4.4 DHW with rapid heat exchanger
When hot water is required, the display shows the message DHW EXCH and the LED indicated by the tap lights up.
The function is carried out only if the boiler is on, and the water inside the heating chamber has reached a sufficient
temperature.
In the remaining cases the service is not provided.
4.4.5 DHW with storage tank
This type of installation requires the use of an external thermostat or a water probe, which measures the storage
tank water temperature. When the temperature drops below the SET temperature, the DHW function is activated; the
boiler display shows the message DHW STORAGE TANK and the LED indicated by the tap lights up, until the
request is met.
If the boiler is in the AWAITING REQUEST stage, it automatically turns on and goes to WORK mode. Once the work
temperature of the heating chamber water is reached, the supply of water to the storage tank is activated.
When the storage tank SET temperature is met, the BOILER converts the heating system residual heat for about 2
minutes and then, if there is no other request, goes to AWAITING REQUEST or MODULATION, depending on the
settings (see par. 4.6.4).
If the boiler is in OFF status, it does not turn on and does not provide the service.
4.4.6 System with puffer / heat accumulator
This type of installation requires the use of an external thermostat, which measures the puffer water temperature.
When the temperature drops below the SET external thermostat temperature, the boiler display shows the message
PUFFER WATER or STORAGE TANK WATER and the 2 LEDs respectively indicated by the tap and the radiator
light up, since it can meet the heating system and DHW request.
If the boiler is in the AWAITING REQUEST stage, it automatically turns on and goes to WORK status and the supply
of water to the puffer is activated when the work temperature of the heating chamber water is reached.
When the puffer SET temperature is met, the boiler goes to AWAITING REQUEST (make sure to set the STANDBY
function to ON, see par. 4.6.4 ).
If the boiler is in OFF status, it does not turn on and does not provide the service.
4.8

Shutting down

To shut down the boiler, just press the button 'P4' for about 2
seconds.
The auger is immediately stopped and the fume extractor is brought
to high speed, making the message
on the display.

fume temperature has fallen below a set value for a fixed time, with
