INSTALLATION OF THE CHILD CAR SEAT
1) Group 0+ (rear-facing, with 3-point car seatbelt)
(For children weighing 0-13 kg)
1. Set the child car seat to the maximum reclining position (position 1) and turn it until it is in
rear-facing seat position A.
2. Push the child car seat in until it rests securely against the backrest of the car seat.
3. Unfasten the belt buckle on the child car seat and position the belts on the outside of the seat.
4. First remove the comfort and baby inserts from the child car seat.
5. Pull the 3-point car seatbelt out to its maximum length and feed the lap strap through
the side guides on the child car seat from one side to the other, then fasten the buckle of
the 3-point belt so that it clicks in place audibly.
6. Now replace the baby and comfort inserts in the child car seat.
7. Position the diagonal belt over the outer shell of the child car seat and ensure that it runs
between the seat shell and the headrest.
8. Pull as tightly as possible on the diagonal belt until the whole of the 3-point belt is taut and
the child car seat is firmly in position.
9. Put your child in the child car seat.
10. Adjust the height of the head support so that the shoulder belt is level with your child's
shoulders.
11. Fasten the belt buckle again until you hear a click.
12. Pull the front adjustment strap to tighten the belts. Ensure that the straps are not twisted.
