• Slacken butterfly screws 25 and turn off bolts 47 with
Allen key 31 (see fig. 14.1).
• Shift movable parts 32 of retaining bar 8 to access
the retainer bolts 48 (see fig. 15.1).
• Slacken retainer bolt 48 (use Allen key 31) and move
retaining bar 8; ensure that the sides of alignment sets-
quare 90° fit tightly to the surface of circular saw blade 7
and to the surface of retaining bar 8 (see fig. 15.2).
• Tighten retainer bolts 48 with the help of Allen
key 31�
• Shift movable parts 32 of retaining bar 8 to its original
position and screw in bolts 47 with Allen key 31�
Kerf indicating laser alignment (see fig. 16)
Before starting any work, ensure that the kerf indicat-
ing laser is properly aligned�
• Make a kerf in the blank, but do not cut it (the
procedure is described below)�
• Turn on the kerf indicating laser (using on / off
switch 20) - the laser beam should accurately point at
the kerf, otherwise - align the laser�
• Press tightly on sides of cover 49 (to unlock latches)
and remove it (see fig. 16.1).
• Loosen screw 50 (see fig. 16.2).
• Move the body 51 to the right and left until the laser
beam points accurately at the kerf (see fig. 16.3).
• Tighten screw 50�
• Install cover 49 (the latches should snap into
place)�
Initial operation of the power tools
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
Switching on:
In order to switch on the power tool, move lock-off
button 22 as shown on fig. 17 and while holding it in
position, push on / off switch 23 (see fig. 17).
Switching off:
Release on / off switch 23�
Dust suction during the power tool
operation
Dust suction allows reducing dust concen-
tration in the air and prevents its accumula-
tion at the workplace�
While operating the power tool, always use
dust bag 30 or a vacuum cleaner suitable for collecting
process-generated dust� A special adapter is used to
join the vacuum cleaner to coupler 24�

Soft start

Soft start (limiting system of starting current) enables
smooth start of power tools - the circular saw blade is
being run up gradually with no jerks and kickbacks; no
jump-like load is imposed on the motor upon switching�
Kerf laser indicator
The kerf laser indicator 3 projects a bright red line, in-
dicating the location of the future cut�
• To switch on the kerf laser indicator 3, press the on /
off switch 20 (the power tool must be connected to the
mains)�
• To switch off the kerf laser indicator 3, press the on /
off switch 20 again�
LED lamp
LED lamp 18 illuminates the cutting line, providing bet-
ter visibility by working�
• To switch on the LED lamp 18, press the on / off
switch 20 (the power tool must be connected to the
mains)�
• To switch off the LED lamp 18, press the on / off
switch 20 again�
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
Alignment of the horizontal cutting angle (see
fig. 18)
• Loosen lock 17 and press fixing lever 16 (see fig. 18).
• While pressing fixing lever 16, set the cutting angle
by turning table 10 by lock 17� Indicator 15 shows the
set cutting angle on scale 14�
• Release fixing lever 16 and tighten lock 17�
You can preset the most frequent angles (45°, 22�5°, 0°,
etc�)�
• Loosen lock 17 and press fixing lever 16�
• While pressing fixing lever 16, set the cutting angle
by turning table 10 by lock 17� As soon as indicator 15
shows one of the frequent angles (45°, 22�5°, 0°, etc�)
on scale 14 - release fixing lever 16, and the chosen
angle will be properly fixed, you do not have to tighten
lock 17 in this case�
Alignment of the vertical cutting angle (see
fig. 19, 13)
• Loosen clamping handle 28 (see fig. 19.1).
• Set the cutting angle by tilting the power tool body�
Indicator 2 shows the set cutting angle on scale 1 (see
fig. 19.2, 13)�
• Tighten clamping handle 28 (see fig. 19.3)�
Cutting without traversing (see fig. 20)
• Place the power tool on the worktable and preferably
fix it with bolts or clamps.
• Loosen screw 27 and move the power tool casing
all the way to retaining bar 9, then tighten screw 27
(see fig. 20).
• Adjust the length of extension brackets 12 depending
on the workpiece length�
• Set the desired cutting angles as described above�
