Actuator power supply UA
With the UA module, the actuator power supply can be
read out. The voltage value is specified in a data word and
in millivolts.
In the module parameters, the voltage error alarms can be
enabled and disabled and the respective limit values for US
and UA can be individually adapted (see Fig. 2-16).

Internal temperature
The internal temperature measures the temperature of the
processor directly on the semi-conductor layer. This can
also be significantly higher than the external housing
temperature. The temperature is specified in a data word
and in tenths of a degree with one decimal place.
