- Seite 2 48.01115000-0000 GB : Mounting instruction for installation of profiles at an angle Make sure that all profiles are included in the package. Each profile has its own number (a) and can be found on the plan along with its specific length (in the box). Multiple identical configurations, such as in this example (6 pieces), are indicated with (1–6).
- Seite 3 Place the profiles out on the floor in preparation of the installation, with the mounting side up. Please note that the drawing is made from a top view. Additional dimensions (a) are visible on the drawing in order to verify the configuration.
- Seite 4 Start mounting the profile from the side where the power supply is located. Turn the profiles with the diffusers (plexi) upwards. Remove the diffuser with the green tool. Place the tool between the diffuser and the profile and press it lightly in between. Next, move the tool outwards and remove the diffuser. For pendant mounting, only the sides of the intersections have to be opened.
- Seite 5 Preferably use chipboard screws (a) and plugs, in combination with a 15 mm body washer (b) with a 5.3 mm hole. This way, a countersunk screw has less influence on the position of the profile, but this profile can be moved a few mm to the left or right (c).

Elk profiel heeft een eigen nummer (a) en staat ook zo op het plan aangegeven met zijn lengte (in het kader). Als er meerdere identieke profielen zijn, wordt dit zoals hieronder (6 stuks) aangeduid met (1–6).
- Seite 7 Leg de profielen voor montage eerst op de vloer, met de montagekant naar boven. Opgelet: de profielen zijn getekend vanuit een bovenaanzicht. Er staan extra maten (a) op de tekening ter controle van de uitgestalde opstelling. De maat (b) is gemeten vanaf het center van de profielen. Plaats een laser met spotfunctie op het bevestigingsgat aan de montagekant van het profiel en breng de gaten één voor één over naar het plafond.
- Seite 8 Start de montage vanaf de kant waar de voeding zicht bevindt. Verwijder de plexi met het groene veertje. Plaats het veertje tussen profiel en plexi en druk er lichtjes op. Duw het veertje dan naar buiten en haal de plexi uit het profiel. Voor pendelmontage moet enkel de plexi aan de zijden van de snijpunten worden verwijderd.
- Seite 9 Gebruik bij voorkeur spaanplaatschroeven (a) en pluggen, in combinatie met een carrosseriering (b) van 15 mm met een gat van 5,3 mm. Zo heeft een schroef met verzonken kop minder invloed op de positie van het profiel, maar kan het profiel wel een paar mm naar links of rechts verschoven (c) worden. Zo kunnen de profielen op één lijn vastgeschroefd worden.

- Seite 11 Disposez les profilés sur le sol en vue du montage, face de montage vers le haut. Veuillez noter que le dessin est la représentation vue de dessus. Des dimensions supplémentaires (a) sont fournies sur le dessin pour vérifier la configuration. La dimension (b) est mesurée à partir du centre des profilés. - Seite 12 Commencez le montage avec le profilé à partir du point d'alimentation. Tournez les profilés avec les diffuseurs (plexi) vers le haut. Retirez un diffuseur avec la plaque verte. Placez la plaque sur le joint de séparation et appuyez légèrement entre les deux. Déplacez ensuite la plaque vers l'extérieur et retirez le diffuseur du profilé. Pour le montage suspendu, seuls les côtés des intersections doivent être ouverts.
- Seite 13 Utilisez de préférence des vis (a) et des chevilles pour aggloméré, en combinaison avec une rondelle de corps de 15 mm (b) avec un trou de 5,3 mm. De cette façon une vis à tête fraisée a moins d'influence sur la position du profilé, mais ce profilé...

- Seite 15 Legen Sie die Profile zur Vorbereitung der Montage mit der Montageseite nach oben auf den Boden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Zeichnung die Darstellung von oben ist. Zusätzliche Abmessungen (a) sind auf der Zeichnung angegeben, um den Aufbau zu überprüfen. Das Maß (b) wird von der Profilmitte aus gemessen. Setzen Sie einen Laser mit Spotfunktion auf das Montageloch auf der Montageseite des Profils und übertragen Sie die Löcher nacheinander an die Decke.
- Seite 16 Beginnen Sie mit der Montage von der Seite, auf der sich die Einspeisung befindet. Entfernen Sie den Diffusor mit der grünen Platte. Stellen Sie die Platte zwischen Profil und Plexi und drücken Sie leicht darauf. Drücken Sie dann die Platte nach außen und entfernen Sie den Diffusor. Bei Pendelmontage muss nur der Diffusor an den Seiten der Kreuzungen entfernt werden.
- Seite 17 Verwenden Sie vorzugsweise Spanplattenschrauben (a) und Dübel in Kombination mit einer 15 mm Unterlegscheibe (b) mit 5,3 mm Loch. Auf diese Weise hat eine Senkkopfschraube weniger Einfluss auf die Position des Profils. Dieses Profil kann jedoch einige mm nach links oder rechts verschoben werden (c). Dadurch können die Profile in einer Linie verschraubt werden.
