Step one:
Attach the pedals (#1 and #2) to the cranks (#17) .
Step two:
1. Attach the front stabilizer (#5) to the frame. Use the 2 M8*40 screws (#7), the 2 washers 8.5*20*T2 (#8)
and the 2 M8 nuts (#9).
2. Attach the front stabilizer (#6) to the frame. Use the 2 M8*40 screws (#7), the 2 washers 8.5*20*T2 (#8)
and the 2 M8 nuts (#9).
