Troubleshooting

The causes and actions described here refer exclusively to the situation after installation of the
safety module and switching on the power supply.
For more information on the causes and actions when these alarms occur after parameterisation
of the safety module, refer to the product manual.
Alarm Code Cause
A.E29 Encoder communication
error.
A.E33 A fault occurred in the safety
