No display
▪ Check if the power adapter is connected and if it is plugged into a live power outlet.
▪ Check the auto on/auto off time settings.
No response to remote control
▪ Check if the batteries of the remote control have enough energy. If you are not sure, replace all batteries.
▪ Check if the polarity of the remote control batteries is correct.
▪ Check if there is anything between the remote and the sign blocking the remote signal.
No display but response to the remote control
▪ Check the auto on/auto off time settings.
▪ Check if there is data in the selected files.
▪ If you are not sure, you can enter the program mode and press

Where can I find the COM port and how can I change it?
▪ Open the device manager. Under 'Ports COM and LPT', it reads e.g. 'USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM3)'.
▪ Normally, the computer assigns COM number 3 to the USB interface if it is free and no change needs to be
made. However, if a COM number higher than 8 is assigned, you must manually change it to a COM number
from 1 to 8 because the PC software requires this range. To do this, double-click the interface to bring up the port
properties and click on 'Advanced...' in the 'Port Settings' tab. Then select a free COM number.
