Safety notes for level limit switching unit Nivotester FTL 320
1) Install according to the manufacturer's instructions and other valid standards
and guidelines.
2) The FTL 320 is to be mounted such that a degree of enclosure protection
IP 20 to EN 60 529 is ensured. If the FTL 320 is used without its terminal
block, then it must be installed in an additional enclosure which provides
a degree of protection of at least IP 20.
3) The pertinent guidelines must be observed when instrinsically safe circuits
are connected together (EN 60 079-14, Proof of Intrinsic Safety).
4) The input circuit is safely, galvanically separated from all other circuits up to
a peak voltage of 375 V.
5) Permissible ambient temperature:
Ta ≤ 60 °C
Ta ≤ 50 °C for row mounting
6) Connected load for terminals 7 and 8 ([EEx ia] IIC / IIB):
