5) Make sure that the router bit has been securely positioned in the collet and that it
does not collide with the reducing ring
6) Make sure that the reducing rings have securely engaged with the prefabricated
profi le and that they have been positioned securely.
10.2 Installing and changing bits with installed router in OFL2.0,
OFL2.0-MINI, and OFL2.0-AD43
1) Remove the mains plug of the router
from the mains socket.
2)Remove the magnetic reducing plates
(15) via the handle recess
turn the router lift up to the upper abut-
ment.
3) The space is suffi cient now to replace
the bit as specifi ed by the router manufac-
turer's instructions.
Select the smallest possible reducing plate
reinsert it. Always include a certain amount of space between reducing plate
and bit to guarantee chips can be removed. The maximum bit diameter per recess in
the insert plate has been illustrated in the following diagrams.
