6.9 WI Manager

The WI manager for the Cutfix 8 Interface machines is intended for the optimisation of the production process.
Preparation:
► Connect the PC to the machine. Use the cable supplied for this.
► Open the WI manager.

1. Log on as installer (Password: 1212)
2. Activate the Cutfix 8.
3. Select Cutfix 8 Interface.
4. Enter the description, item, length and further information as required.
5. Click on the toothed wheel to query the com port occupancy.
6. The relevant COM port can be selected.
7. Click on Connect.
There are two options for transferring data to the machine:
8. Transfer the data from the PC to the machine (programs from 501 onwards will be overwritten).
9. The machine can be started via the PC by activating it via the PC. In addition, you must set the menu item
PC Start to „1" in menu 6 (see chapter 5.11).
Press the button to save he data in a temporary memory in the machine and to process them.
Creating a production program in Excel
When creating data externally in an Excel spreadsheet, always ensure that the columns are ordered correctly so that the
data can be adopted.
