5.4 Loading production data into machine
Prerequisite: The production data prepared in the WI Man-
ager has been copied onto a USB stick.
The handling of the WI Manager is described in
chapter 6.9.
► Insert the USB stick into the USB socket on the back of
the control unit. (Fig. 3.2 12)
► Open Menu 4.
The USB interface is displayed.
► Press E.
The production data is transferred to the machine.
► Remove the USB stick from the USB socket.
5.5 Use of wiring data
► Open Menu 2.
The following display appears.
► Press the start button to start processing.
When processing is finished, the display changes:
► Press the arrow key to repeat the just inished program.
► Press the start button to start processing the next pro-
gram.

5.6 Changing the production program
The standard parameters in each production program can
be modified:
– Program number
– Name
– Piece quantity
– Length (in mm)
The short program must be deactivated before changing
the following parameters (see section 5.7):
– Partial quantity
– Correction
– Partial quantity waiting time
– Motor waiting time
– Cable type
► Open Menu 5.
► Enter the number of the program that you want to mod-
ify.
► Press E to open the program.
► Use the arrow keys to select the program parameter you
wish to modify.
► Press E.
The cursor will flash
► Carry out the modification.
► Continuously press E for at least 3 seconds to save the
setting.
► Further parameters can be modified in the same way if
required.
► When all modifications have been carried out, exit the
menu by pressing C.
5.7 Setting the short program
In the short program only the standard parameters can be
modified. To modify further parameters the short program
must be deactivated.
► Open the menu item "Short program" in Menu 6.
► Use the arrow keys to select the required setting
(1 = active, 0 = not active).
► Press E to save the setting.
