Select the right clamp
Secure the clamp to the clamp bow with a long piece of dental floss.
Select the clamp, so that the clamp arms grasp the tooth at 4 points below the tooth equator without hitting the gum.

clamps is increased by carefully observing the preparation instructions.
General notes:
Clean, disinfect and sterilise the rubber dam clamps before first use and after each use. Effective cleaning and disinfec-
tion are essential requirements for proper sterilisation of the instruments.
The user is responsible for the sterility of the instruments. Make sure that only validated procedures are used for cleaning,
disinfection and sterilisation. The validated parameters should also be regularly checked during cleaning and sterilisation
cycles.

Apply the clamp with the oral jaw first and then push the vestibular jaw over the
tooth equator under light tooth contact. You maintain control when fitting the
clamp by maintaining constant, firm tooth contact on the oral side.
