Connecting the pressure hose
• Screw the pressure pipe onto the pressure connector. All joint connections must be
sealed with a threaded sealing tape.
• When using the hose, screw the right hose adapter into the pressure connector.
• Fix the hose firmly to the hose adapter and secure it with a hose clamp.
• If it is only used occasionally, please use a suitable pipe. We recommend a rigid pipe
with check valve for the use in a fixed position. This can be done at the end of the tool to
prevent liquid backflow..
Use a strong rope to attach to the handle of the pump and dip it into the liquid to be con-
veyed at a certain angle so that no air pocket forms on the underside of the appliance. Put
the equipment down slowly, and once the pump is submerged, it can be righted again at
the bottom of the liquid container. After lowering the pump, fasten the rope end external-
ly so that the pump can also be handled when hanging on the rope. The pump is ready to
work as soon as it is connected to the main power source.
The pump must not convey corrosive, flammable and explosive substances
(such as fuels, petroleum, nitro diluent), grease, oil, brine and sanitary
sewage as well as low-mobility mud sewage. The pump is designed for the

Fault

Reasons
1. No mains supply.

Troubleshooting

1. Check mains supply.
2. Bring float switch in a higher
position.
1. Clean inlet.
2. Straighten hose.
Place pump on shaft ground
properly.
1. Clean inlet.
2. Clean pump and replace
worn-out parts.
1. Disconnect from main power
supply and clean pump.
2. Make sure the maximum water
temperature does not exceed
+35 °C.
