3) Warranty claims must be made immediately after becoming aware of the defect within the
guarantee period be asserted.
4) The following steps are required to enforce the warranty:

so that we can send you further information by e-mail. You send the defective device enclosing the
guarantee card below as well as your original proof of purchase to the named service address. If the
defect is within the scope of our warranty, you will get back a repaired or new device. The return costs
are covered by us.
5) Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage caused by:
- Abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the device
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. blow, shock, case)
- Interventions that were not performed by the service address authorized by us
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Submission in non-transport-safe packaging.
6) Defects or damage to the device that are not (or no longer) covered by the guarantee
we fix it for a reimbursement. For an individual offer please contact our customer service.
The shipping costs are in this case at your expense.
