Prepare delicious food in a short time with your new COOKINELLA rice cooker. The rice cooker is easy to

The preparation of rice in a rice cooker with stainless steel pot is based on a different principle than in
conventional rice cookers with an aluminum pot. The inner pot is made of stainless SUS304 18/8 stainless
steel. Stainless steel is recyclable and 100% recyclable. Stainless steel is stable and unbreakable and thus
durable. At the same time it is very lightweight and the weight of the inner pot is hardly significant. A
stainless steel pot gives no harmful substances to the food and is tasteless. It is also particularly germ
resistant. Stainless steel is easy to recycle and therefore more ecologically sustainable than many other
materials.
You have bought a great product, the exposure to pollutants is excluded in the preparation in a stainless
steel pot to the present state of knowledge. In addition to the advantages, there are also a few minor
disadvantages of using the stainless steel pot:
1) For nickel allergy sufferers the use of stainless steel dishes can be problematic because the material
contains a proportion of nickel.
2) The lack of coating makes the rice a crust on the bottom of the pot. This can be removed well after
removing the rice by soaking in water and then rinsing.
3) Foam from unwashed rice or very starchy rice can escape through the steam hole in the lid. Wash the
rice well before cooking to minimize foaming. If any foam escapes, place a dish cloth in front of the rice
cooker to catch escaping spills.
