DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION OF THE PARTS
INNER POT
The inner pot is made of SUS304 18/8
stainless steel. The stainless steel contains
8% nickel. The material contains no BPA,
phthalates or lead.
Please rub the pot with a cooking oil, e.g.
coconut oil, or olive oil. Likewise, we
recommend for cleaning only a mild detergent
and a soft cloth. Cleaning in the dishwasher is
possible. However, the aggressive cleaning
salts can permanently discolour the surface of
the stainless steel pot. Use only the included
bamboo spoon or wooden spoon to remove
the rice from the pot.
GLASS LID
The glass lid is made of tempered glass. The
glass lid is dishwasher safe. He has a wide
plastic handle and a stainless steel ring. On
the glass lid is the steam outlet. With starchy
rice, liquid can spurt out of the steam outlet.
Please be careful not to cover the steam
outlet.
OPTIONALLY AVAILABLE STEAMER
INSERT (NOT INCLUDED)
The optionally available steamer insert (not included)
is made of stainless steel and has a usable volume
of approx. 2.47 liters. The usable height is 6.5 cm
and the diameter is 22 cm. The extra large steam
holes allow optimal steam distribution. There are
plastic handles on both sides for safe removal after
the steaming process. The steamer insert is
dishwasher safe. Only steam with the glass lid.
