A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
COOKING RICE
1. Add the desired amount of rice and water to the rice pot according to the instructions on the package.
If necessary, use the supplied measuring cup. Pivot the inner pot lightly to distribute the rice evenly. Wash
the rice thoroughly to remove excess starch so the rice does not foam too much.
2. Put the stainless steel pot in the rice cooker.
3. Add a pinch of salt to the rice pot according to taste.
4. Put the glass lid on the rice cooker.
5. Connect the rice cooker to the power cord. Turn the side switch ON (I).
6. Press down the "COOK" switch on the control panel of the device. The red LED lights up
7. After the rice is cooked, the rice cooker will automatically switch to "WARM" mode, the yellow LED will
light to stop the rice from cooking, but keeping it warm.
8. Turn the rice cooker to OFF (O) with the side switch.
9. Carefully open the lid and stir the rice with the bamboo pan provided. Use the supplied bamboo ladle
to avoid scratching the inner pot. During the cooking process, a brown rice layer is produced at the
bottom of the pot due to the missing coating of the stainless steel pot. This is not suitable for
consumption. Do not use sharp or pointed objects to remove the rice from the pot.
10. Remove the hot rice pot with the help of potholders.
11.Pull the power plug from the power outlet and the connector from the receptacle.
12. After each use, soak the stainless steel pot with warm water and soap to dissolve the rice layer at
bottom of the pot. You can either rinse the pot by hand or clean it in the dishwasher.
There may be a slight browning on the bottom of the inner pot in some rice
varieties. This is completely normal and cannot be prevented due to the
functioning of the device!
