INSTALLATION & USE
Place the Cheese Blocker Pro (henceforth CBP) on your working surface. The anti-skid feet work best
on sturdy, clean, dry, smooth and non-textured surfaces. The included hex screwdrivers can be used
to replace and tighten the cutting wires.
In case you have the tumble table edition, the CBP is mounted on the mobile carriage. During use,
always apply the brakes using the feet pedals on the wheels.
