HOW TO CUT THE CHEESE
The Cheese Blocker Pro is suitable for cutting all semi-hard cheeses. The rind of the cheese needs to
be removes before use. The CBP is also suitable for cutting Tofu, butter, or products with a similar
consistency.
1. Place the block of cheese on the cutting surface. Pull down the handle on the low hinging point
once. Now you have slices.
2. Take the slices from the cutting surface. Place the handle back up. Turn the cheese 90 degrees, so
the uncut surface faces up, and place it back. Now pull the same handle down again. You now have
cheese fries.
3. Now also pull down the second handle, on the high hinges. You now have cubes.
4. Now you can remove the cheese from the cutting surface. If you have a CBP on tumble table, you
can rotate the whole CBP so the cubes fall into the gastronorm bin below.
