Assembly instructions
Carefully clean all the work area.
Then remove the air filter and
the old carburettor. Insert the air
filter pipe (or pipes) as shown in
the
Fig.
1.
Remember to cut the carburettor-
air filter connection sleeve from
the carburettor side as shown in
the
Fig.
1.
Then connect the new carburettor
securely to the manifold and
attach the new starter as shown
in the picture, using the fixing
clamp supplied in the kit as it is

shown in the
Carefully wash and dry the
modified original airbox, both
inside and outside, including
the filter (which must be wet
with Malossi 7.3 oil before the
assembly), and connect it to your
new Malossi carburettor.
Connect the relevant command
transmissions, adequately noting
the wires.
Couple the fuel tube with the
carburettor and the lubricant
tube, making sure that no blow-by
or obstacles to the oil flow occur.
