T he s ourc e c ode for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modific ations to it. For an exec utable work,

c ode dis tributed need not inc lude anything that is normally dis tributed (in either s ourc e or binary
form) with the major c omponents (c ompiler, kernel, and s o on) of the operating s ys tem on whic h the exec utable runs , unles s
that c omponent its elf ac c ompanies the exec utable.
I f dis tribution of exec utable or objec t c ode is made by offering ac c es s to c opy from a des ignated plac e, then offering equivalent
ac c es s to c opy the s ourc e c ode from the s ame plac e c ounts as dis tribution of the s ourc e c ode, even though third parties
are not c ompelled to c opy the s ourc e along with the objec t c ode.
4 . Y ou may not c opy, modify, s ublic ens e, or dis tribute the P rogram exc ept as expres s ly provided under this L ic ens e. A ny
attempt otherwis e to c opy, modify, s ublic ens e or dis tribute the P rogram is void, and will automatic ally terminate your rights
under this L ic ens e. H owever, parties who have rec eived c opies , or rights , from you under this L ic ens e will not have their
lic ens es terminated s o long as s uc h parties remain in full c omplianc e.
5 . Y ou are not required to ac c ept this L ic ens e, s inc e you have not s igned it. H owever, nothing els e grants you permis s ion to
modify or dis tribute the P rogram or its derivative works . T hes e ac tions are prohibited by law if you do not ac c ept this L ic ens e.
T herefore, by modifying or dis tributing the P rogram (or any work bas ed on the P rogram), you indic ate your ac c eptanc e of
