18. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The General Terms and Conditions of Delivery of ProSolarTec GmbH basically apply. The content
of this documentation is constantly examined and adjusted where applicable. Nevertheless,
deviations cannot be ruled out. No warranty for completeness is given. The current version may
be downloaded from www.smart4energy.com or obtained from the usual distribution paths.
Warranty and liability claims in the case of damage of any type are ruled out if they are
attributable to one or several of the following causes:
· Transport damage
· Incorrect use of the product or use of the product for a purpose which is not intended.
· Operation of the product in an environment which is not intended.
· Operation of the product without considering the statutory safety requirements relevant to
the place of deployment.
· Failure to observe the warnings and safety notices in all documents of relevance to the
product.
· Operation of the product under inappropriate safety and protective conditions.
· Unauthorised alteration or repair of the product or of the software supplied.
· Faulty operation of the product due to the influence of connected or neighbouring devices
..... outside the statutory limit values.
· Cases of disaster or force majeure.
The use of the software supplied and created by ProSolarTec GmbH is subject to the following
conditions:
· ProSolarTec GmbH rejects any liability for direct or indirect consequential damage arising from
the use of software created by ProSolarTec GmbH. This also applies to the provision or non-
provision of support services.
We reserve all rights to this document and the objects and illustrations contained therein.
Reproduction, disclosure to third parties or exploitation of its content - also of individual content,
artwork – is not permitted without having obtained the prior written consent of ProSolarTec
GmbH.
