9. PUTTING INTO OPERATION

It is assumed that the device is correctly connected and linked with all relevant components.
9.1

Changing the system language

· Navigate down from the start view to the menu option "Other" and confirm with Enter (see
Chapter 8: Menu).
· Within the open menu navigate down again and select "Language".
· Select the required language and confirm with Enter.
9.2

Setting the date and time

It is not necessary to set the data and time with the Smart Energy Monitor because it
obtains information from the network with which it is connected. The automatic time
synchronisation can be switched off nevertheless if required.
• Navigate down from the start menu to the "Configuration" option and confirm with Enter.
• Within the open menu navigate down again and select "Date/time".
• Confirm the "Time synchronisation" with Enter to switch it on and off.
