Before operation

Unpacking the fastener driving tool

▶ Take the fastener driving tool out of the packaging.
▶ Remove all packaging materials such as films, filling material and
the packaging carton.
▶ Keep the packaging material for later use.
▶ Keep the packaging material for transporting and storing the
fastener driving tool.
The transport case is not packaging material! The case must be
used to transport the fastener driving tool over long distances
(see page 58) and to store it.

Checking the condition

Checking the external condition
▶ Check
− whether all the parts of the fastener driving tool and all accessory
parts are securely fastened,
− whether parts of the fastener driving tool or accessories show
signs of damage (dents, parts broken off),
− whether there are any foreign objects in the magazine or shot
channel.
