3.7.1 Working with the bending dies
Please select program #1 with the program selection switch.
The desired bending angle must be adjusted by sliding the initiator to the degree the bus bar is supposed to be
bent. Afterwards insert the bus bar.
Start the working cycle by activating the trigger of the SBZ4.
Readjustment is possible by releasing the trigger during the bending cycle since the piston does not return auto-
matically into the starting position. When actuating the trigger again the cycle continues in that very position.
When using an FTA4 and ZST4, a termination of the working cycle can only be achieved by stepping through
the stop button or the manual retraction button at the pump.
After fi nishing the bending cycle which is determined by the approach sensor, the piston returns into the starting
position automatically.
3.7.2 Working with the cutting dies
Select program #2 with the program selection switch
Start the cutting cycle by actuating the trigger.
The piston return into the starting position after releasing the trigger.
3.7.3 Working with the punch dies
Select program #3 with the program selection switch
Start the punching cycle by actuating the trigger.
The piston return into the starting position after releasing the trigger.

Remarks in respect of the determined use

The pump can be transported and operated in any position.
Attention
In combination with a 2 m high-pressure hose it is not possible to work in a cable trench. For this application
at least a 3 m high-pressure hose is needed.
