Warranty; General Warranty Conditions - OEG 650 001 127 Montage- Und Bedienungsanleitung

OEG assumes a warranty towards the original owner of the heat pump for a period
of 3 years on all defective materials and faults in the manufacturing process.
The warranty becomes effective on the date of the first invoice.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• Malfunctions or damages arising from an installation, usage or repair that is not in
compliance with the safety instructions.
• Malfunctions or damages arising from a chemical agent that is unsuitable for the pool.
• Malfunctions or damages arising from an incorrect or inappropriate usage of the
equipment.
• Damages arising from negligence, accident or force majeure.
• Malfunctions or damages arising from the use of unauthorised accessories.
All repairs required during the warranty period must be approved prior to being carried
out by an authorised technician. The warranty shall be null and void in case of an incorrect
repair.
Components covered by the warranty shall be replaced or repaired at the discretion of
the company OEG.
