Keeping it straight, insert the clean quartz sleeve into the device until it reaches
the bottom of the reactor.
Wearing clean gloves, position the quartz sleeve at the bottom of its housing
with your finger inside the sleeve. A torch can help to see the housing through
the quartz.
Note: Be careful not to let go of the quartz sleeve until it is in its housing,
otherwise it could break or be difficult to retrieve.
Change the seals:
(Put on a new seal every time you change the bulb)
Coat the seal with soapy water,
Place it around the quartz sleeve,
Push it all the way into its housing with your fingernail (do not use tools).
Put the sealing washer back on and refit the 3 screws.
Pressurise the system before refitting the bulb and check that there are no leaks
in the quartz sleeve.
Before filling the reactor, remember to tighten the lower union.
Refit the bulb (see previous paragraph)
