Wireless LAN settings

The settings for the wireless LAN are made here. To change the
standard WLAN settings, proceed as follows:
‹ On the home page, click the button "General Setup" and then
select "Wireless" in the menu on the left.
‹ Check "Enable".
‹ Click "Apply" and in the next window click "Continue".

Basic settings

‹ Select "Basic settings" in the menu on the left.
‹ Under "Mode", select the function the device is to perform in the
network.

Configuration and operation
Mode Comments
If the device is the only access point in your
AP network, or no connection is to be made to
other access points at bridge level.
If you wish to make a wireless connection
between this access point and a second
AP bridge
access point. In this mode, clients do not
have the possibility to log in via a wireless
connection.
If you wish to make a wireless connection
between this access point and several other
AP bridge
access points. In this mode, clients do not
have the possibility to log in via a wireless
connection.
If you wish to make a wireless connection
between this access point and one or more
other access points and clients are to con-
tinue to have the possibility of wireless login.
