GENERAL OPERATION

Please read carefully before using !
SAFETY TIPS
Attach the clip of the safety key to your clothes before exerci-
sing to ensure the machine will stop in case the user acciden-
tally runs off the treadmill. Should that happen, the safety key
will cut off the monitor and the treadmill will stop at once to
avoid further injury.
QUICK START
Turn the main switch (lower front base) to on.
Attach the safety clip correctly.
Step onto the treadmill and stand with your feet on the
side rails.
Press the START button. A countdown will appear and
then the belt will start to move at 1.0 kph.
Adjust speed using the DIAL KNOB.
Press STOP to pauze the exercise.
Press START to resume or STOP to stop the exercise.
CONSOLE CONTROLS
START/STOP
Press the START button to start the belt moving. After a 3-se-
cond countdown, the treadmill will start 1 kph. Turn the DIAL
KNOB to adjust the speed.
When exercising on the treadmill, press the STOP button
once to pause your workout. When in pause mode, press
START to continue the workout or press STOP to end your
session. All the values will be reset to zero and the treadmill
will return to standby mode.
PROGRAM KEY
When the treadmill is in standby mode press PROGRAM to
select program manual mode or P1 to P12.
PATTERN KEY
When the treadmill is in standby mode, press PATTERN to
choose from 3 manual target modes (time/distance/calories),
to select U1-U3 or HP1-HP2 mode.
CONSOLE FEEDBACK DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
TIME
Display range: 0:00-99:59 min.
DISTANCE
Display range: 0.00-99.9 km.
CALORIES
Display range: 00.0-999 Kcal.
PULSE
Displays pulse data. Use a Bluetooth
If no pulse signal is being received, it will show P.
This data is for reference only and cannot be used for medi-
cal purposes.

WORKOUT PROGRAMS
The AiRun-C v2 has 12 pre-set programs, 3 user programs, 2
HRC programs, and 3 manual target modes.
Manual Target Programs
There are 3 manual target modes: target time mode, target
distance mode and target calories mode.
When the treadmill is in standby mode, press the PATTERN-
key to select time, distance or calorie countdown. Then use
the DIAL KNOB to program the target workout. After that,
press the START button to begin your workout. The treadmill
will countdown from the target you set.
The initial target time setting is 30:00 min.
The initial target calorie setting is 50 cal.
The initial target distance setting is 1.0km.
When the target has been reached, an alarm will sound and
the treadmill will slow to a complete stop.
User-Defi ned Programs
There are 3 user-defi ned programs, U01, U02 and U03.
These allow you to design your own workouts. Each user
program has 20 sections.
Repeatedly press PATTERN to select program U01 to U03.
Time window is fl ashing. Default time is 30:00 min. Use the
DIAL KNOB to set the total exercise time and confi rm with
PROGRAM. The overall time of the workout is divided equally
among each section (e.g. if the workout time is set to 20
minutes, then each section is 1 minute).
Then, use the DIAL to set the desired value for each section
(each user program has 20 sections). Confi rm settings for
every section by pressing PROGRAM.
Once the last section is done press START for your workout.
When the program is fi nished an alarm will sound and the
treadmill will slow to a complete stop.
Pre-Set Programs
There are 12 pre-set programs and each has 20 sections.
The overall time of the workout is divided equally among
each section (e.g. if the workout time is set to 20 minutes,
then each section is 1 minute).
