De-Commissioning

Brief Interruptions:
In the event of short interruptions (overnight or just
over the weekend), shut down the product. The
system must be de-pressurised.
Long-Term Interruptions:
In the event of a longer-term interruption (more than
three days), the following points should be observed:
• The main switch must be shut down
• The system must be de-pressurised (check the
displays)
CAUTION
Risk of accident and danger to the
environment:
Grease / oil on the ground increase
the risk of accident.
The grease/oil must be properly
disposed of in compliance with
applicable national ordinances
(hazardous waste).

Expansion options

Steering caster option
The optional steering casters (Fig. G/no. 16) are ideal
to move the barrel feed pump from one place to
another quickly and easily.
DANGER
The unit must be fully retracted and
may only be moved on flat surfaces.
Feet option
The optional feet (Fig. G/no. 17) are ideal for
transportation using a lift truck.

Connection block with vent
Display of the output pressure and convenient
venting (Figure H/no. 18).
Acoustic empty detector
When the fill level gets low, the limit switch
(Fig. J/no. 21) interrupts the air supply to the pump
and an acoustic signal is emitted (Fig. K/no. 22).
The volume control (Fig. K/no. 23) is used to set the
signal volume. The signal stops when the pump is
shut off (Fig. F/no. 12).
