Notes
 Do not apply excessive force when you insert/eject the Memory Card.
 Do not turn the power off while recording, loading, erasing photo images or
formatting the Memory Card.
 Do not place the Memory Card near a strong electro-magnetic device.
 Do not allow metal substances to come in contact with the terminals on the Memory Card.
 Do not bend, drop or apply strong shock to Memory Card.
 After removing the Memory Card from the DVD Camcorder, keep it in a soft
case to prevent static shock.
 The data stored on the Memory Card may be changed or lost as a result
of misuse, static electricity, electric noise or repair. Save important images
separately. Samsung is not responsible for data loss due to misuse.
 The DVD Camcorder supports 2GB SD/MMC and lower. SD/MMC above 2GB
may not record or play properly.
 16:9 Wide mode is not available in M.Cam Mode and M.Player Mode.
Because wide LCD supports only 4:3 mode.

Structure of Folders and Files on the Memory Card

 The photo images that you recorded are saved in JPEG file format on the Memory
Card.
 The moving images that you recorded are
saved in MPEG4 file format on the Memory
Card.
 Each file has a file number and all files are
assigned to a folder.
- A file number from DCAM0001 is
sequentially assigned to each recorded
image.
- Each folder is numbered from 100SSDVC
and recorded on the Memory Card.
 A file name is stipulated by DCF(Design rule
for Camera File system).
DCF is an integrated image file format for digital cameras: Image files can be used on all
digital devices conforming to DCF.

 Images are compressed in JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts
Group) format.
 The picture size is 800x600 or 1152x864 (VP-DC575WB/

Moving Image
 Images are compressed in MPEG4 (Moving Picture Experts
Group) format.
 The picture size is 720X576.

Hinweise
Wenden Sie beim Einsetzen und Entnehmen der Speicherkarte keine Gewalt an.

Schalten Sie den Camcorder nicht aus, während Sie Bilder aufnehmen, laden oder löschen bzw.

die Speicherkarte formatieren.
Setzen Sie die Speicherkarte keinen elektromagnetischen Feldern aus.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kontakte der Speicherkarte nicht mit Metall in Berührung kommen.

Verbiegen Sie die Speicherkarte nicht, lassen Sie sie nicht herunterfallen, und schützen Sie sie

vor starken Erschütterungen.
Bewahren Sie die Speicherkarte außerhalb des Camcorders in einer Schutzhülle auf, um

Schäden durch elektrostatische Aufladung zu vermeiden.
Die auf der Speicherkarte gespeicherten Daten können durch unsachgemäße Handhabung,

statische Aufladung, elektrische Störungen oder Reparaturen beschädigt werden oder verloren
gehen. Wichtige Bilder sollten Sie zusätzlich auf einem anderen Medium speichern. Samsung
haftet nicht für Datenverlust aufgrund unsachgemäßer Benutzung.
Der DVD-Camcorder unterstützt SD-/MMC-Karten mit bis zu 2 GB. Mit Speicherkarten über 2 GB

kann es zu Problemen bei der Aufnahme oder Wiedergabe kommen.
Im M.Cam-Modus und M.Play-Modus wird die Anzeige im Format 16:9 Breit nicht unterstützt.

Der Breitbildmodus wird nur im Seitenverhältnis 4:3 angezeigt.


komprimiert.
Die Bildgröße beträgt 720×576 Pixel.

 Aufgezeichnete Einzelbilder werden im JPEG-

 Aufgezeichnete Videoclips werden im MPEG4-

 Jeder Datei ist eine Dateinummer und ein
Verzeichnis zugeordnet.
- Beginnend mit der Dateinummer DCAM0001
wird den Aufnahmen eine fortlaufende Nummer
zugewiesen.
- Die Ordner werden mit 100SSDVC beginnend
nummeriert und auf der Speicherkarte abgelegt.
 Die Dateinamen werden entsprechend dem DCF-
Standard (Designrichtlinie für Kameradateisysteme)
benannt. DCF bezeichnet ein Dateisystem zum
Einsatz in Digitalkameras. Bilddateien können von
allen digitalen Geräten verwendet werden, die
DCF-kompatibel sind.
