Read carefully before installing
your car seat
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for your purchasing YB704 child car seat to protect your child. This child restraint
was approved in accordance with the regulation ECE-R44/04, and manufactured under a strict
quality program. Please follow all instructions labeled on this child restraint and in the written
instructions before installing and using this child restraint. Failure to follow all instructions can
result in death or serious injury in a crash.

Safety information

1. Please read the instructions carefully before installation. Serious injury can occur if installed
incorrectly. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any risks in this case.
2. Do not make any modifications, additions or changes to the way the restraint harness of the
child car seat is used; otherwise it could seriously affect the safety and functionality of the
device.
3. Always keep the restraint secured in a vehicle even when it is unoccupied. A child must not be
placed in the child car seat alone and should never be left unattended.
4. Never place the child car seat in a seating position fitted with an active airbag system.
5. Never place the child car seat in a seating position with 2-point car safety belt.
6. Please ensure all occupants of a vehicle use a safety belt. Any items in the car must be securely
fixed; otherwise, people or goods may injure a child when in an emergency braking situati-
on.
7. Child car seat cannot be reused if damaged as a result of an accident.
8. Keep the child car seat out of direct sunlight; otherwise high temperature can hurt your
child.
9. Buckle cannot be in semi-locked position. Always make sure the restraint is locked before
using. In case of emergency, the child can be taken out quickly.
10. Keep the child car seat away from any erosive articles.
11. Never use the child car seat without a cover. Never use any cover which is not recommended
by the manufacturer to replace the old cover, as the cover constitutes an integral part of the
restraint system.
12. Car seat surface will show signs of wear after using the child car seat on surfaces made of deli-
cate materials, e.g. velour, leather, etc. Please use a thin blanket or a towel to prevent wearing
and tearing.
13. Child car seat can be only used in a car to protect your child. It cannot be used at home as a
seat or a toy.
14. The manufacturer guarantees the product's quality, excluding second-hand products.
