Montage- und Betriebsanleitung für
Pneumatische Schwenkeinheit Type SRU 20 – 60
SRU mit Mediendurchführung
Für die Durchführung von Medien stehen die mit Zahlen ge-
kennzeichneten Anschlüsse am Ritzel (Pos. 19) und am Flansch
(Pos. 20) zur Verfügung (siehe Abbildung 8.4).

5.3
Justierung der Endlagen
1. Schraube (Pos. 35) mit Innensechskantschlüssel (SRU 20 –
40:

2. Beaufschlagen Sie Luftanschluss B. Einheit schwenkt auf
Anschlag A (Grundeinstellung 0°).
3. Stellen Sie durch Verdrehen des Anschlages A die
gewünschte Endstellung ein.
Das Verstellen der Endanschläge darf nicht durch
Drehen im axialen stirnseitigen Innensechskant, der
Klemm-Mutter oder am Stoßdämpfer (VM-Versionen)
erfolgen. Dies kann zur Folge haben, dass sich die
Einzelteile voneinander lösen. Verwenden Sie einen

4. Luftanschluss B entlüften und Anschluss A beaufschlagen.
Die Einheit schwenkt zum Anschlag B (Grundeinstellung
180°).
5. Stellen Sie durch Verdrehen des Anschlages B die
gewünschte Endstellung ein.
6. Ziehen Sie die Schraube (Pos. 35) fest an (SRU 20 – 40:
10 Nm, SRU 50 – 60: 24 Nm).
7. Prüfen Sie durch mehrmaliges Schwenken die korrekte
Einstellung der Endlagen.

The connections on the pinion (item 19) and on the flange
(item 20), identified by numbers, are available for the supply of
fluids (see Figure 8.4).

Adjusting the end positions
1. Slacken bolt (item 35) approx. one turn using hexagon socket
wrench (SRU 20 – 40:
2. Apply air to connection B. Unit swivels to stop A (basic
setting 0°).
3. Set the desired end position by turning stop A.
The end positions should not be changed by turning
the axial hexagon socket at the face, or by turning the
clamping nut or the shock absorber (VM-versions).
This way the individual components can be un-
screwed. Please use a spanner

4. Vent connection B and apply air to A. The unit swivels to
stop B (basic setting 180°).
5. Set the desired end position by turning stop B.
6. Tighten the clamping bolt (item 35) securely (SRU 20 – 40:
10 Nm, SRU 50 – 60: 24 Nm).
7. Swivel the unit several times to check that the end positions
are correctly set.
