Abdeckung an UM 2/... abnehmen.

Innere Lagerschale (PA) gegen
mitgelieferte Lagerschale (Al)
tauschen.

Abdeckung montieren.

Zahnriemenritzel einsetzen und
verschrauben.
5
Grundplatte an Umlenkung
montieren, dabei bündig zur
Oberkante der Transport-Kette
ausrichten.
6
Zahnriemen aufstecken, Riemen mit
Spannrolle spannen, Sicherungs-
schraube festziehen.
7
Abdeckungen montieren.

Remove cover on UM 2/...

Exchange the internal bearing shell
(PA) with the provided bearing shell
(Al).

Assemble cover.

Insert and tighten toothed-belt
pinion.

Assemble the base plate on the
return unit, keeping it fl ush with the
top edge of the conveyor chain.
6
Fit toothed belt, tension belt with
tensioning roller, fi rmly tighten the
locking screw.
7
Assemble covers.

用随同供货的轴承壳体 (铝) 替换内

安装防护盖板。

装上齿形带小齿轮，并拧紧。

把底板安装在回转单元上，在此要

调整到与输送链的上棱边平齐。
套上齿形带，用张紧轮将皮带张

紧，拧紧防松螺栓。
安装防护盖板。
